Heather Barbish is the founder of Magnolia Healthcare Consulting, a boutique firm built on the belief that healthcare consulting should feel personal, practical, and grounded in genuine partnership. With more than two decades of leadership experience across healthcare operations, ambulatory surgery centers, and provider relations, Heather brings a unique perspective that bridges strategy and compassion.
Her career has spanned multiple facets of healthcare — from managing clinical operations and accreditation processes to guiding teams through organizational growth and change. Heather’s approach is centered on clarity, connection, and creating systems that support providers and teams in delivering exceptional patient care.
Beyond her professional experience, Heather finds her greatest joy in her family. She and her husband make their home in beautiful Colorado, where they love spending time outdoors and soaking in the mountain views. She’s also a proud grandmother and cherishes time with her sweet granddaughter — moments that remind her daily why connection and care matter most.
